Reservation Procedures

• The Reservation Office is open Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Our office is closed Saturday & Sunday outside of football season. Weekend office hours vary during football season.
• All reservations at USRV are made over the phone. 334-821-8968.
• Overnight reservations and payments for reservations are made with a credit card (which has a 3% fee for Master Card, Visa, Discover and 4% for American Express) or by ACH checking account (no fee).
• ​Gameday Weekend Reservations: There is a $50 non-refundable deposit. This $50 will be deducted from the full balance due.
• Gameday Weekend Reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.  ANY cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are NON REFUNDABLE - NO EXCEPTIONS. 
• Overnight Reservations: Are paid in full in advance with a 48 hour cancellation policy and a $20 cancellation fee.  Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are NON REFUNDABLE.

• We have a 48 hour cancellation for overnight reservations with a $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are NON REFUNDABLE.
• Gameday Weekend reservations have a 30 day cancellation policy with a $50 non-refundable deposit. Final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERRABLE for any reason.
• Fall Season Leases may be transferable to another lease holder only with Management's approval. 
• WE DO NOT ALLOW 3RD PARTY RENTALS SUCH AS AIRBNB, VRBO, ETC. 

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM __ MONDAY THRU FRIDAY
• The USRV reservation office is only open during Office Hours listed above. Limited weekend office hours during the Fall Football Season.

VERY IMPORTANT: If you will be arriving after Office Hours, please make prior arrangements with the Reservation Office before 5pm Monday-Friday in order to set up after hours arrival instructions for you. You will be assigned an after hours phone number to call when you arrive so our security team can meet you and help you get on your assigned lot. Failure to contact the leasing office ahead of time may result in after hours help not being available upon arrival.
