How To Make Your Reservation

Call the Office to check for availability and have your name placed on the list. (334-821-8968) Your phone reservation will be held for 5 days.

Print out the Lot Reservation Form and Fill it out and Mail it in to:

Include a Deposit made out to University Station with your Reservation to secure your spot. Jill, in Reservations will give you the amount of the deposit necessary according to the terms of your visit.

We accept cash and checks made out to University Station RV Resort.

Reservations should be made by phone first. Please call us at 334-821-8968 if you have any questions about reservations for Full Hook-Up, Storage, Rental Unit (Gameday Cottage or RV), or wish to reserve any of our Lease Packages, which include:

Gameday Weekend Package, Football Season Package,

Long Term Rental Package, Football Season Storage Package.

Each Fall on the weekend of the next to the last football game, we begin accepting reservations for the following year Football Season Leases. A deposit is required.

Cancellation Policy

If you find you must cancel your reservation, simply give us the appropriate notice prior to your scheduled arrival date and we will return your deposit less any processing fees.

• 14 Day Cancellation notice is required for Refund on all Reservations.

• 14 Day Cancellation notice required for Rental Units.

• There is no Refund for Early Departure on any lease or reservations.
