How To Make Your Reservation

On-Line Reservations:

We accept cash and checks made out to University Station RV Resort.

To make your reservation on line just click on the Reservation Form link below. Print the form and fill it out. Then mail the filled out form to us with a 25% deposit to retain your reservation. The Mailing Address for University Station RV Resort is:

Reservation Form

Reservations can be made by phone, by mail, E-mail, or online. Please call us at 334-821-8968 if you have any questions about reservations for Full Hook-Up, Storage, Rental Unit (Gameday Cottage or RV), or wish to reserve any of our Lease Packages, which include:

Gameday Weekend Package, Football Season Package,

3 Year Football Season Package, Long Term Rental Package,

Football Season Storage Package.

Each Fall on the weekend of the next to the last football game, we begin accepting reservations for the following year Football Season Leases. A deposit is required by Jan 1 of the following year, and can be secured with cash or personal checks.

Cancellation Policy

If you find you must cancel your reservation, simply give us the appropriate notice prior to your scheduled arrival date and we will return your deposit less any processing fees.

• 25% Deposit should be mailed in on reservation. 

• 5 Day Cancellation notice is required or Deposit is non-refundable during peak season (Aug. 15 thru Nov. 30).
