"Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles."

Isaiah 40:31

Ingredients: (Remember, This Is A Huge Casserole, Scale Down If Needed)

18 Eggs

3.5 Lbs Of Ground Breakfast Sausage (Tennessee Pride, Is Cheap And Fatty Aka Perfect!)

8-10 Pieces Of White Sliced White Bread

4 Cups Of Shredded Cheese

1 Cup Of Whole Milk

Line The Bottom Of Your Big Pan With Bread As If You Were Making A Crust. You Can Cut Up The Pieces If You Want. For The Sake Of Time, I Just Put 8 Pieces Down And Then Fill In The Cracks With The Other 2 Pieces. Cook The Sausage In A Large Skillet Completely And Then Spread It Evenly Over Bread. The Next Step Is To Put 4 Cups Of Cheese Over The Bread And Sausage.  Beat 18 Eggs And Then Whisk The Whole Milk Into The Eggs. Now Pour The Egg Mixture Over The Entire Thing. It Should Cover Just Fine. Bake This For About 45 Minutes At Around 350-375. Pull It Out And Cut Into It. There Shouldn't Be Any Notable Juices, Just The Normal Moisture That Eggs Have.
