Cajun Mustard Ranch Sauce Ingredients

3/4 Cup Mayonnaise

1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard

4 Tsps Worcestershire Sauce

1 Tsp Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix

1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

1/4 Tsp Red Pepper


Marinade

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Cup Butter

1/2 Cup Soy Sauce

3 Tbs Olive Oil

2 1/2 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar

3/4 Tsp Sugar

3/4 Tsp Garlic Powder

3/4 Tsp Ginger

3/4 Tsp Paprika

3/4 Tsp Black Pepper

3/4 Tsp Oregano


In A Sauce Pan, Melt Butter. Add Remaining Ingredients And Mix Well Until Warm. Pour Marinade Over Mushrooms And Let Them Soak At Room Temperature For 45 Minutes.

Build A Charcoal Fire For Direct Grilling. Remove Mushrooms From The Marinade And Grill Over Coals For 3-5 Minutes On Each Side Or Until They Soften. Baste Mushrooms With Marinade During The Cooking Process. Remove From Grill And Server.
