Spicy hot pork hogie sandwiches.

Pork Butt
Mayo (small jar)
Chipotle perrers in adobo sauce (small can)
Avacado (1 sliced)
Jalapeno peppers (small can sliced)
Lettuce 
Tomato (sliced)
Onion (sliced)
Hogie rolls
Mozzarella cheese (sliced)

PREPARATION: Deep fry your pork butt, or smoke it if you want. then pull it apart (pulled pork)
Put jar of mayo and chipotle peppers in blender and blend until smooth.

Cut hogie rolls length ways and paint with generous amount of mayo mix.

Layer pork butt pieces with cheese and melt cheese while warming pork on grill.

Toast hogie roll on grill then put on pork and cheese, add avacado, jalapeno peppers, lettuce, tomato, onion as you like.
