11/4 cups sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
1/4 cup butter
1 6-ounce can evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
1teaspoon vanilla
1 9inch unbaked pastry shell
(I like to add 1 cup of chopped pecans)
Mix sugar and cocoa together. Melt butter in milk and add beaten eggs. Mix all ingredients including vanilla and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees until center ofpie is set. (this makes 2 regular or one deep dish pie)
